2016年3月16日中午11:40分，bevictor伟德官网团委在国院楼会议室召开了一年一度的换届工作大会。
The Youth League Committee of International College hold a conference in the International College on March 16th,2016.
大会第一项：由上届团委副书记乌兰同学进行上一年度的工作总结。乌兰同学说，她很高兴自己能够圆满完成团委交给的任务并且很感谢同学们给予她的帮助。随后，她结合自身的工作，和大家分享了这一年来她自己的收获与成长。通过这段时间的工作，她不仅收获了友谊，还让自己变得越发自信了。
At first, Wu Lan, the deputy secretary of Communist Youth League summarized her work in last year. She said she's happy to finish the task and she is great for the help we gave to her. After that,she share her harvest and growth with us. After this tern's working, she not only gained the friendship, but make herself more confidence as well.
大会第二项：由bevictor伟德官网团委书记郭传真老师宣布本届团委委员名单。郭老师带领全体参会人员用热烈掌声向新当选的团委副书记胡嘉韬同学，团委宣传部长王睿葭同学，团委组织部长徐晓韵同学，以及团委办公室主任李敬远同学表示热烈祝贺。之后，郭老师和大家分享了去年国院团委工作的点点滴滴，向前任团委委员的担当和付出表示敬意。郭老师坦言很高兴看到上届团委成员在工作之外个人的收获和成长，并希望新一届团委成员能够有更加出色的工作效果和更加丰厚的个人收获。
The second part was a speech given by Guo Chuanzhen about the new number of Youth League committee. This committee is formed by Hu Jiatao, the vice chairman. Wang Ruijia the Commissary in charge of publicity, Xu Xiaoyun the committee member in charge of organizational work and Li Jingyuan, the Director of Executive Office. After that, teacher Guo shows appreciation to ex-member, because of their hard work and encourage. She said she was very happy to see the ex-member’s personal gain besides their work. She hope the new members will harvest more gains in working and personal growth.
大会第三项：由新当选团委副书记胡嘉韬同学发言，他和大家谈了自己对将来工作的一些展望与目标，也向大家表达了自己对于做好工作的决心和信心。他呼吁大家一起努力，共同将我们的“团员之家”经营地温暖而又活力四射，辅助国院团员青年成长、成才。
At last, Hu Jiatao gave his speech. And he talked others his best wishes and goals for future. Meanwhile,he expressed his determination for the work in the future and he appealed everyone to work hard together to build a better Youth League Committee for our college.
本次大会已圆满告终。最后，全体团委成员在bevictor伟德官网楼前合影留念，用快门记录下了这值得留念的一瞬间。
