2016年1月15日下午，bevictor伟德官网在阶一教室举办了2015级班主任助理述职大会。2015级辅导员郭传真老师，班主任吕瑞、娄晓琳、姜楠三位老师，各班班助和员工代表参加了此次大会。
In the afternoon of January 15th, the International College held a meeting for the assistant of teacher in charge of a class to report their job. Guo Chanzhen, teachers in charge of the 3 classes, all the 6 assistants, and the student delegates attend the meeting.
在为员工代表和老师们下发选票后，班主任助理述职大会正式开始。第一个进行述职的是食品班的陈楷铭班助。他回顾了自己作为班助所做的工作，从新生档案装袋到素质拓展、晚自习、社会实践、新生生日会……他回顾的点点滴滴都体现出了他与新生们关系的融洽与和其他班助的默契配合。陈楷铭班助表示，担任班主任助理一职提高了他的工作能力与团队合作能力。随后，他代替搭档郝谷雨班助进行了述职。最后，他说如果时间可以倒流，他们并不会后悔竞选并担任班助一职。他会在下一学期的工作中再接再厉。
After gave the student delegates the votes the meeting began.the first was Chen Kaiming from FQRM.he reviewed work he had done, which shows the fantastic interpersonal relationship between him and the freshers. To be a assistant high light his ability in work and in corporation. Then he report Hao Guyu’s job for her. Finally, he said if they have a choice, they would choice to be an assistant again and they will keep on working hard next semester.
随后，国贸班的两名班助杨辉莹、梁念宜进行了述职。她们表扬了国贸班同学的温暖表现，感谢了老师的选择与同学的配合。梁念宜班助表示，国贸班的同学用热情与欣欣向荣感染了她们，并把她们当成了班级的一份子。她希望国贸班的同学们能继续发扬团结合作的精神，踊跃参加学校的各项活动。
After that, the two assistant from IBM, Yang Huiying and Liang Nianyi reported their job, they thanked to the teachers and the students for their support. Liamg Nianyi said it was the warm-heart of the fresher which impacted her a lot. She hopes they could keep on corporation and take part in more school activities.
最后，资环班的两名班助分别进行了述职。被同学们称作“神仙姐姐”的徐晓韵班助说自己是一个喜欢帮助别人的人，她竞选并担任班助一职就是为了更好的帮助老师和同学。她回顾了自己所做的工作，指出了自己工作中的不足并表示会在下学期努力改正，做到最好。马星傑在述职中表示，通过担任班主任助理一职让他从一个“隐形人”变得充实、忙碌。有成就感。在下学期的工作中，他会加强与老师的交流，更好地为同学服务。
Then assistant of EM made their report. The pretty assistant Xu Xiaoyun said she likes helping others and that is way she apply for the jib as an assistant. She reviewed her job and pointed the disadvantages. She said she will to do the job better next semester.Ma Xingjie said though is wery busy and tired to be an assistant, but he would like to do it. He said he would communicate more with the teachers next term.
最终，郭传真老师进行了总结发言。郭老师对每一位班助的述职进行了详细点评，并对班助的付出表示感谢和尊重。她希望所有班助不忘当选初心，带爱前行的路上也要实现自我完善和成长。之后，辅导员、班主任和员工代表进行投票。票数最高的马星傑同学获得了“bevictor伟德官网2015级优秀班助”称号。本次2015级班主任助理述职大会圆满落幕.让我们共同为bevictor伟德官网2015级新生默默无私奉献的班助们表示敬意，并期待他们在下一学期中更加出色的表现吧！
Finally, Guo Chuanzhen gave a speech. She thought highly of every assistants’ job. Teacher Guo expressed appreciation and respect to all assistants, and hope they can improve and perfect themselves during the work with love. At last, the student delegates voted to choose the best assistant. Ma Xingjie won award. Let us show our respect to all those hard working assistants and looking forward their achievement next term.
