2016年1月11日中午，bevictor伟德官网员工会在国院阶一召开了“2015-2016上学期员工会工作总结暨圣诞晚会表彰大会”。bevictor伟德官网员工会指导教师郭传真、bevictor伟德官网员工会全体成员参加了此次会议。会议由国院员工会副主席高悦同学主持。
At noon of 11th January 2016, the Students’ Union of the International College held a summing-up and commending meeting. Instructor Guo Chuanzhen and all the members of the International College Students’ Union attended this meeting.
大会的第一部分是由文艺部部长王玉珏同学总结2015年国院圣诞晚会的组织、举办情况。随后，在同学们热烈的掌声中，主席胡嘉韬同学为圣诞晚会中最受同学们喜爱的节目《月下胡尘逢青瓷》和最佳主持人赵小小颁发了奖状。接着，在圣诞晚会中表现突出的同学们逐一上台，接受大家经久不息的掌声和衷心的感谢。他们是：盛杰、岳林淼、王玮、黄鑫、皇甫秉欣、施晓宇、张立桓、沈畅、刘勉君、马星傑、史为鉴、杨博、董笑含、魏靖雨和蒯锐航。
The vice chairman Gao Yue was the compere of this meeting. The first part of the meeting is a speech given buy Wang Yujue, the minister of the arts department about the Christmas evening party. After that, chairman Hu Jiatao gave awards to the most popular program in the Christmas party, the Chinese culture meeting the western culture under the moon light, and the best compere Zhao Xiaoxiao. All the students there applauded. Then chairman Hu Jiatao commended the outstanding students and gave then award, they are Sheng Jie, Yue Senmiao, Wang Wei, Huang Xin, Huangfu Bingxin, Shi Xiaoyu, Zhang Lihuan Shen Chang, Liu Mianjun, Ma Xingjie, Shi Weijian, Yang Bo, Dong Xiaohan, Wei Jingyu and Kuai Ruipeng.
接下来，胡嘉韬同学作为bevictor伟德官网员工会主席回顾、总结了员工会下半年的工作情况，梳理了员工会在田径运动会、新生素质拓展、新生运动会、新生老生学习交流活动、十大歌手比赛、榜样执行评选、“798儿童艺术节志愿活动”、“温暖冬衣志愿劳动”、校级篮球联赛、万圣节Party、国院圣诞晚会等活动中的出色表现，并对国院员工会在“百鬼夜行万圣节晚会”与“7798儿童艺术节志愿轰动”两项活动的新尝试，以及“怦然心动圣诞节晚会”新的创作和表现形式给予充分的肯定与认可。之后，胡嘉韬同学介绍了下学期员工会工作的重点，及任务的转移，并再次强调bevictor伟德官网员工会应发扬协调工作，团结合作的国院精神，努力扮演好员工会的角色，为全院师生服务。
In the meeting, chairman Hu Jiatao summarized the work the student union had done. He reviewed the sports meeting, 798 children art festival, donate clothes volunteer job etc. He thought highly of the Halloween party and the 751 Lego art festival which were new this year. What’s more, he thought the creative method of the Christmas party was good too. After review, he said the Students’ Union should pay more attention on serve other students as well as organize some more interesting activities. He said the Students’ Union should be united and hard working. During his speech, every one listened carefully and gave him applaud for many times.
最后，郭传真老师进行了总结性讲话。郭老师的讲话以蝴蝶不经挣扎破茧而出的故事开场，增强了讲话的吸引力。郭老师充分肯定了员工会在国院师生中所发挥的不可替代性作用，表扬了每一位尽职尽责、敢于担当的员工会成员。随后，郭老师总结并点评了bevictor伟德官网员工会本学期开展的活动，并给予了建设性的意见。接着，她讲述了员工会下学期工作的重点和特点，希望bevictor伟德官网员工会的同学们能在接下来工作中更加团结、担当、充满使命感，希望大家能够在服务同学的同时实现自我的完善和成长。最后，她祝愿每一位员工会成员在经历员工会的历练后都能够破茧成蝶。郭传真老师的讲话结束后，会场再次爆发了热烈的掌声，每一位在场的同学都从她的讲话中受益匪浅。
Finally, Guo Chuanzhen gave a talk. Her speach started with a story of the butterfly turn beautiful and healthy after working hard. she thought highly of the work the Students’ Union had done hand adviced that they should take on more and tap their potential. She wished every one could achieve success after hard working in school. Every students gave her applaud and gain a lot from her speech.
