为了更好地完善员工会建设，服务国院师生，也为新一届员工会成员尽快融入角色，bevictor伟德官网两届员工会于2015年9月24日下午3:15，在国院楼会议室，举行了员工会传承大会。bevictor伟德官网团委书记郭传真老师以及两届员工会执委会成员参加了此次会议。

The International College held this meeting in order to contribute the students’ union and to provide a better service for students.In the afternoon of September 24th,2015,the Youth League Committee of International College held a change the team of office, meeting in the building of International College. The Secretary of Youth League Committee, Chuanzhen, Guo and the cadres of the students’ union attend this meeting. 

        本次会议的主持人是上届员工会副主席王梦婷。

The compere of this meeting was Mengting,Wang from grad three.

会议第一项为上届员工会主席乌兰发言。首先，乌兰对上学年的员工会工作做了总结，概述了员工会各部门在各项活动中发挥的重要作用。她带领上届员工会回顾了过去一年取得的硕果，并对本届的员工会提出期望：希望他们在延续上届员工会优良传统和作风的基础上，在各种经验教训中，发展自己的特色。

The first part of the meeting was a speech of the past chairperson president Lan,Wu. She reminded the work the student’s union had done and the reward they had achieved. Then, she list out some hopes to the current students’ union.

会议第二项为本届主席员工会胡嘉韬发言。胡嘉韬同学的发言给会场带来了轻松愉悦的氛围。他阐述了本届员工会的理念、规划和目标后，也对上届员工会表达了发自肺腑的谢意。他希望带领bevictor伟德官网第12届员工会为国院师生做更多实实在在的事情。

The second part of the meeting was the speech of chairperson Jiatao,Hu. His speech made the conference relaxed and cheerful. He put up with some goal and spoke to us as the voice of conscience.

会议第三项为“锦囊传递”。上届副主席李维嘉同学将上届员工会一年的工作经验汇成的“锦囊妙计”交给了本届员工会副主席高悦，当一张张红色的充满“睿智”和“信息”的锦囊妙计传递到相关部长的手上时，大家被国院员工会的文化感染了，我们又一次完成了员工会的传承。

The third part of the meeting is deliver secret. The past vice-chairperson Weijia,Li delivered the vice-president Yue,Gao the secret which they wrote by their experience. 

大会第四项为郭传真老师发言。郭老师秉要执本，希望大家将工作中所锻炼出来的能力与经验运用到学习和生活中。她希望大家把握成长中的每个小的机会，在各方面不断地完善自己，成为同学们的榜样。同时郭老师也对各部门提出了几点建议并且对存在的问题作出了相应引导。她希望大家不仅把员工会当做是一个团队，更要当作一个大家庭去经营。

The fourth part of the meeting is the speech of the teacher Chuanzhen,Guo. She hoped us can use the experience which they learnt from the work into their study. It is great for us if we have harvest in both of the study and ability. Not only regarded the students’ union as a team but also a big family. Build a brisk style of work and  a spirit of down-to-earth.

通过此次次会议，bevictor伟德官网员工会得到了很好的传承。新一届员工会成员已从上届员工会手中拿到了接力棒，他们将带着国院人的期许，向着国院梦冲刺。

The students’ union was  perfectly through the meeting. The new executive committee grabbed the stick from the past committee and raced with people’s expect. Hope the students’ union have a great boom in the future.
