2015年1月13日，bevictor伟德官网团委在国院楼二层会议室举行了换届选举大会。bevictor伟德官网团委书记郭传真老师出席大会，大会由上届院团委副书记宋和谦主持。

January 14, 2015, Youth League Committee of ICBUA held a general election. The secretary of Youth League Committee of ICBUA, Guo Chuanzhen, attended the meeting and the last deputy secretary, Song Heqian, is the host.

大会伊始，宋和谦同学代表上届院团委成员回顾了2014年国院团委取得的丰硕成绩，同时总结了工作中的不足。即将移交“接力棒”的他们，真诚希望下届团委成员能吸取这些经验教训，在郭老师的领导下能扬长补短，使bevictor伟德官网团委成为一支善于作战、敢于作战的优秀队伍，服务国院的团员青年，完成其应有的职责、使命。

At the beginning, Song represented the last executive committee of Youth League Committee of ICBUA to make a conclusion of their work over the past year. He pointed out what they did well and also something not good. He wished that the coming executive committee would learn from their experience and make the study style of ICBUA better and better under the lead of Ms Guo.

接下来，大会选举产生bevictor伟德官网新一届团委成员。选举采取无记名投票的方法，三位提名候选人（沉着稳健的乌兰，热情奔放的王梦婷，勤奋努力的李想。）依次上台做90秒的竞选陈述，由bevictor伟德官网各团支部委员和郭老师投票产生。唱票结果为：乌兰以一票的微弱优势竞选成为新一届院团委副书记，而院团委组织委员和宣传委员则分别由王梦婷和李想担任。

Next came the most important part of today’s meeting, the general election.  Three candidates made the campaign speech one by one. After their speech, everyone who attended the meeting voted for the one who they think is suitable for the deputy secretary. For excellent candidates, the jury is really hard to choose who is better. However, at the moment of calling out the last name voted, Wu Lan won the campaign to become the new deputy secretary of Youth League Committee of ICBUA. Wang Mengting and Li Xiang got the organization secretary and the publicity secretary partly.

大会第三项，由新当选的院团委副书记乌兰做2015年工作计划。乌兰在计划中提出，在接下来的一年里，新一届院团委班子成员会加强自身学习和实践，积极响应团组织号召，积极服务于广大国院团员青年，在郭老师的指导下，竭尽全力，不辱使命。

Then, the new deputy secretary, Wu Lan, made a work plan about what the new executive committee will do in the new year and how they will achieve that. She recommended that they needed to be better and set themselves an example to others, cooperated with Ms Guo to do the job well, and held the activities well in coordination with the Students’ Union.

大会最后，郭老师对新一届国院团委班子提出了首先要做好自己，在生活、学习、工作和思想觉悟等方面成为员工中的榜样。团委是一个很好的锻炼自己和自我实现的平台，在这里你必须要有强大的情怀，必须要有青年的沸腾热血，也必须自我完善和进步。最后郭老师表达了对新一届的院团委成员的美好祝愿。

At last, Ms Guo asked the new executive committee to do themselves well and brought their classmates up and some other requirements. Then, she arranged what the new executive committee should do next. For the conclusion, she gave her best wishes to the new executive committee and believed they can make a good results.
