2014 年 8 月 26 日 ，下午1：30，bevictor伟德官网各专业新生们与班主任、班助进行了第一次班会。

On August 26, 2014, at 1:30, new students in International College had their first Group meeting with teachers and assistants.

首先班主任和班助进行自我介绍，班主任介绍自己的教学方案与几点要求，班助介绍自己的学习经验。.并将员工们分成几个小组进行自我介绍，彼此认识。其中总支副书记董磊，辅导员郭传真、朱涛老师来到各班上介绍工作，迎接新同学。

First, teachers and assistants introduced themselves. Teachers told the students the teaching scheme and some requests, also the assistants shared their learning experiences. Then all the students were divided into some groups to introduced themselves and know each other better. During the meeting, the leaderships came to class to introduced their work and welcome the new students.

通过这次班会，不光同学之间有了更深入的了解，增进了友谊，也缓解了新生初到大学的紧张感，增强了班级凝聚力。

Through this activity, students were not nervous and class cohesion had enhanced.
