2013年11月30日，公司在bevictor伟德官网楼成功举办了“十周年交友招待会暨交友会成立大会”，这其中少不了公司志愿者们的辛苦努力。

On November 30th ,Saturday. we held the” ICBUA 10th Anniversary Alumni Reception and Founding of Alumni Association in International College”. Many volunteers made the effort.

  大会开始前，公司大一员工踊跃报名自觉组成志愿者队伍，并与员工会各部门共同开展志愿活动。

Before the meeting started, the first year students in our college volunteered to make a group of volunteers actively. Also every apartment of student union participated in it.

  大会开始前两天，志愿者们抽出自己的课余时间，赶到际学院楼布置会场，大家买来彩纸和颜料，用剪刀和刻刀制作了很多漂亮的剪纸、用画笔一笔一笔绘画出了许多“欢迎回家”等字样，黏贴在会场的每个角落，创造出温馨的气氛。并且带来抹布、扫把，把会场清理的干干净净。志愿者们还将纪念册、礼品盒、宣传册等物品一样一样精心装入礼品袋准备分发给到场的员工。另外志愿者们还买来曲奇饼干、水果、矿泉水，整齐的放在果盘中摆放在会场中。

Two days before the meeting, volunteers spent their spare time decorating the meeting place. We made many beautiful paper-cut with scissors and nicking tools and draw some beautiful pictures, like “Welcome back home” with colorful pigment. Everywhere in meeting place was pasted with our works. And volunteers cleaned the meeting place tidily with brooms and mops. Also volunteers put autograph book, gift and brochures in the souvenir bag and sent to alumnus. Besides, cookies, fruits and mineral water were prepared for alumnus in the assembly room.

    志愿者们分工合作，在短短的两天内高效完成了对会场的各自布置。大会开始，志愿者们又自觉组建引导队，带领到场的员工们签到、进场。部分志愿者还到442车站和学校正门处接待我们的学长学姐。大会结束后，志愿者们与员工们拍照留念。Volunteers worked in cooperation; they finished the arrangement effectively only in two days. When the meeting started, they made the volunteering groups to lead alumnus to sign in and help them enter the correct area. Part of volunteers welcome the alumnus in 442 bus stop and the front door of our school. After the meeting was over, volunteers took photos with the alumnus. Then the activity of volunteering was over.
