国院第十届员工会工作会议
2013年10月30日12：20，公司第十届员工会工作会议在一号办公楼二层会议室举行。本次会议就员工会本学期计划，相关活动开展等问题展开讨论。郭传真老师出席会议并提出建议。
In October 30th,2013.In the afternoon The International college Student Union held the first meeting at the second floor in office building .All the members of student union and the last union’s minister attended the meeting .They had talk about the activities of the student union.Teacher Guo attended the meeting and she gave some suggestions .
会上,第九届员工会主席代表上届员工会将珍贵的资料赠予本届员工会，并对员工会体制建立、各部门职责，以及举办例会的重要性给予了详细的说明。本届主席表达了对上届主席的敬佩与感谢，同时谈论了今年的工作计划，并提出增加bevictor伟德官网员工活动，努力做到做到“月月有主题，月月有活动”，以及增加“反思会”的新举措。之后，本届员工会各部门部长汇报了本学期的工作计划，上届部长和老师对计划提出了相关建议和指导。会议最后，郭传真老师做总结，她说bevictor伟德官网走过了十年的历程，bevictor伟德官网员工会也延续到了第十届，这注定了此届的与众不同。郭老师希望第十届员工会全体同仁，团结进取，能够真正代表国院员工的声音，为国院文化建设发挥主力军的作用。
At the meeting , some precious materials were given to current student union by previous minister and introduced the importance of hold meeting periodically and she gave a detailed description . The current minister showed gratitude to the previous minister and they improved the new plans of this year. The student union will have more activities and achieve the goal that “Having activities every month” .The current minister did a research about doing well in this work. Teacher Guo have offered some suggestions to him. At the end of the meeting, the summarize was taken by teacher Guo. In the meantime , she have showed hopeful to the promising development of International College.
