第二届国际文化交流节暨国际员工交流项目之中国烹饪课

201372下午四点,来自英国哈珀亚当斯大学的十名交换生和bevictor伟德官网的志愿者们在一食教工食堂学习了三道中国菜,分别是糖醋里脊,葱爆羊肉和番茄炒蛋。

July 2, 2013, the British students and local students in the first dining hall to learn Chinese dishes: sweet and sour pork, scallions lamb and tomato scrambled eggs.

 

首先,侯茂书老师进行了糖醋里脊的操作演示。交换生们拿着笔记本认真记录着原料,所需的数量和操作过程。由于要等的时间比较久,侯老师进行了第二道菜---葱爆羊肉的演示热锅、放油、爆香、放肉、加葱、调味,再加入葱,最后出锅。最后一道是番茄炒蛋,虽然对于交换生来讲还是有些难度,但是每个人都很努力。

First of all, Hou Maoshu shows that how to make sweet and sour pork. The British students take notes earnestly about raw material, quantity and process. Due to the sweet and sour pork occupies a long time, Mr. Hou shows that the second dish--- scallions lamb: hot pot, drain the oil, add onion, flavor, add onion again, and done. The last dish is tomato scrambled eggs. Although it is difficult for the British students, everyone works harder.

 

此次中国烹饪课程不仅让英国员工们学习到如何制作传统意义上的中国菜,也从烹饪中学习到了中国历史美食文化,可谓一举两得。

From this cooking lesson, the British students not only studied how to make Chinese dishes but also learned the history of Chinese cultural and history.
