中外员工激烈地讨论打破了酷暑的死寂，2013年7月3日国院大楼一层实验室，哈珀亚当斯的十名员工与伟德国际1946的十名员工志愿者在侯老师的指导下就新产品的研发进行讨论，中国员工与英国员工各抒己见，现场气氛十分热烈。

In a sunny day, the voice of discusses break up the silence of the intense heat of summer. In 2013/7/3, at the first fool of international college center laboratory, under the teacher’s help, the 10 students from the Beijing University of Agriculture and 10 students from the Harper-Adams University have a discuss. The Chinese and English students hold their own opinion and the atmosphere is very hotness.

二十名中英员工被分成5组，每组4人，每组抽签选择题目进行解答。其中有中国式素馅饺子，中国式冰激凌，中国式披萨等等。在场的每一名员工都积极参加了讨论。

The group of 20 students is divided into 5 groups, each group have 4 students, every group choose a topic to make a proposal. After that, everyone are join to talk about the chosen of material and the cooking method.

各组对其目标市场、目标人群进行了剖析，以求达成最好的营销策略。确定完目标市场、目标人群之后，各个组又开始了对产品材料的选择以及对烹饪方法的讨论。

Including the Chinese vegetable dumplings for kids, the Chinese ice-cream, and Chinese pizza etc. Each group discusses their target of market and target group.

在讨论完毕后，每组组员都开始撰写产品立项书的草稿，为下周结业典礼的比赛做好了充足的准备。

After the discussion, each group member started to write the draft of proposal. Their proposals are in detail and well organized and prepared for the closing ceremony deeply.
