---The interview of the BUAIC’s excellent dorm
淘汰，这个残酷的字眼，也许在如今的老员工中没有太多感受。但是，对于bevictor伟德官网学子而言，他们从大一就深深体会到被淘汰的滋味。bevictor伟德官网中英项目的员工大一必须通过英方的英语水平考试（雅思考试）方可升入大二。故每年都将近有10%大一员工被淘汰降级。为了更好地督促大一新生学习，营造良好的宿舍学习氛围，bevictor伟德官网从2012年学习优秀的宿舍中选出了三个特别优秀的宿舍进行访谈，她们分别是8号楼318、320和321宿舍。本文重在记录她们的学习经历，总结他们的学习经验，树立群体榜样。
Die out is a brutal word, although, most of the university students have not realize that, for the BUAIC’s students, they digest the pressure during they are frosh. In the item, the student must get pass of the IELTS. If someone fails, he/she cannot enter Year 1 to study deeply. So there are 10% students of the frosh are dead out. For push they work hard and have a nice study environment, the BUAIC selects three excellent dorms: 8#318, 8#320, and 8# 321, to record their study experience and set a good example.
宿舍是我们的家

在大一的雅思考试中，8号楼320宿舍的所有成员一次全部通过。其中五名成员均取得了6.0的高分，一名取得5.5的分数。她们是如何实现全员通过的，又是如何取得较高的分数的呢？下面，让记者带领大家一起走进她们的宿舍，来一次学习之旅吧。
In the IELTS test, the members of 8#320 have pass once time. There are five girls gained 6.0 and have a 5.5. How they do that? Let us know. (Question=Q)
记者：身为宿舍长，请问你是如何带领，督促舍友学习的？
Q: Be a leader of dorm, how do you lead your dorm mates to study?
龚泓：我们经常三两结伴的去图书馆，时间久了，大家去图书馆学习也就成了习惯，觉得在图书馆学习，特有氛围，特有感觉。渐渐了，我们的舍友们都自觉积极地去学习，不用每天都去督促。可能有的同学会觉得没时间，其实，我们都是利用中午的时间去的。图书馆设施很完善，里面的资料也很齐全，中午如果累了还可以小憩一会儿。所以，回顾我们宿舍成员一年的学习，我认为，培养一个良好的学习习惯是最重要的。比如，我们一起去图书馆学习的习惯就挺好。
Hong Gong: We always go to the library together, day by day, it becomes a custom. Study in the library can calm down and get a high efficiency. The girls all go to study actively so do not need me to press them. Some students have not enough time to get there. Do not to go there sedulously; we go there in the noon. The library is wonderful, have enough resources to use and if you are tired, you can have a rest in there. I think the most important things are have a good study custom. So let us go to the library together!
记者：平时生活中你和舍友都会干什么？你们如何在宿舍中营造良好的学习环境？
Q: What do you do with your dorm mates? How do yours create a nice environment to study?
张曼：我们平时的生活和大家都差不多，舍友之间聊聊天，看看电影，听听歌。当然，我们也会集体出去玩。但是，在宿舍中，聊天，看电影和听歌也是有讲究的。如果可以用英文表达自己的意思，我们会直接用英文沟通；大家相约，看电影，不看英文字母；听歌，也听英文的。时间长了，我们自己就在宿舍里营造出一个比较好的英语环境。在这样一个环境下，我们的英语当然会提高。我觉得，只要大家一起努力，一起学习，就能营造出一个良好的学习环境。
Man Chang: I think those activities like chatting, watching films and listening to music is same with others. But in the dorm, we always speak English if it can express what we want to say. The films and music about 90% are English voice. For a long time, we have a good space to solo and improve. If we work hard, create a nice environment to study is easily.
记者：你觉得在宿舍中学习，最基本的条件的是什么？
Q: Study in the flat, what is the basic condition?
孟悦：宿舍卫生。我觉得一个只有一个干净整齐的宿舍环境，才能给大家提供一个良好的学习环境。倘若一进到宿舍就看到乱糟糟的，谁都会心情烦躁的。我们宿舍就十分整洁，在宿舍里学习就觉得舒心。看到哪里有点乱，我们也会主动去收拾，以保持一个干净卫生的宿舍环境。所以，我认为整洁的宿舍是好好学习的一个基础条件。
Yue Meng: The hygiene of flat. I think only have a clean dorm, we can pay attention on the paper. If we come back dorm, there are too mess, I think is too difficult to have a nice mood. We will tidy the dorm when it is mess. I think a clean dorm is the basic condition.
记者：请问，你们之间的关系怎么样？
Q: How about your relationships?
马凯伦：像家一样。每个人都十分和蔼。我们大部分时间都是在学校中度过，对于我们而言，宿舍，就是一个小家。一个属于我们的家。我们不会计较什么，都为了对方可以更好。雅思考试，当时真的很害怕会把我们分开。所以，我们相约共同努力，不掉队。可是，我想得太多了。我的舍友们都是那么优秀。基于我们的关系真的非常好，所以，在学习和生活上，我们都少了许多不必要的烦心事，当然都会抓紧时间学习。
Kailun Ma: We are a family. Everyone is very kind and lovely. We spend lots of time in the school, and for me, dorm means home. When the IELTS test came, I am really afraid we will separate. For get together in the future, we work hard and help each other. I bet I am thinking too much, because they are too outstanding. We never spend more time on trivial things, pardon is important.
记者：你觉得，在备考这个阶段什么最重要？
Q: Do you think what the most important thing is during prepare the IELTS test?
王茜：我觉得保证好自己睡眠充足是最重要的。虽然我们的课程不多，但是很多事情需要自己去图书馆，去充实自己。而且，不要给自己太大的压力，要相信自己。
Xi Wang: I think have a good sleep is most important. Although we have not many subjects, we need to go to the library to substantial ourselves. Besides, do not make yourself nervous. Relax and believe yourself.
记者：请你评价一下你们的宿舍？
Q: Please appraise your dorm.
吴桐：我们的宿舍，没有过多的约束，没有过于死板的要求。这就是我们的家，我们最爱的地方。我们互相监督，力求做到最好。当然。平时的娱乐活动也是不能少。我们被分到了一起，就是缘分，我们一起努力，一起学习，以后还要一起做很多很多事。我想这就是我们一次全过的动力吧！
Tong Wu: In our dorm, we have not many rules. This is our home which we love. Try our best to be better. We always go out to have a party. It is destined that we are in the same dorm. We will do many things together. I think this is why we pass once time.

2012年5月7日，是国院2011届员工考雅思的日子，在这次考试中，8号楼321宿舍的所有成员一次性通过。对此，在新学期初，记者对他们进行了跟踪采访，把他们的一天，展现给大家。
May 5, 2012, is the time to IELTS test of 2011 students. In this test, 8#321 have pass. We have a interview of them to show their day.
2012年9月21日上午，早晨，7点钟，全体成员准时起床。在洗漱的过程中，记者注意到，宿舍里还放着英语听力。吃完早餐，他们主动地分为两组奔赴不同的学习地点——教B和图书馆。记者跟着其中三个人去了图书馆。“早上是记忆力最好的时段，一定要拿来背单词。”史晨歌同学说。半个小时后，她们分别出了三份关于单词的卷子交换，检测背诵情况。接下来，她们把昨天的课程一起复习了一遍，并把今天上课的内容预习了一遍，把不会的单词一一查找，详细标注出来。
September 21, 2012, 7.00, the members was get up, during their washing, I realized that they are release the English listening. After breakfast, they divided into two groups, one group went to B building and the other group went to the library. Chenge Shi said:” Morning is the best time to remember, so record the words are a good choice. Half an hour later, they have three vision word papers to check the condition of remember the word. After that, the girls review the subjects and preview the day’s content.
9点55分，她们步入教室开始上课。注意听讲，记好笔记，这是她们给记者反复提醒的。记者也注意到，她们上课记的笔记都非常认真、仔细。
The class was beginning at 9.55. Focus on the class and take notes are more important.
中午，“一定要休息好，下午才可以保持清醒，更有效率。”史晨歌对记者说。如果有时间，她们会回宿舍睡会觉。如果下午1点半有课，她们会到图书馆或直接在教室趴一会。
“Have a good rest to ensure more conscientious in the afternoon” Chenge Shi told me. If there have enough time to sleep they will go back dorm. Sometimes they had class in 13.30, they often go to the library or stay on the classroom to rest.
下午，没有课，她们选择到图书馆学习。她们一起来到图书馆的三层，这里有一个专门为bevictor伟德官网员工建立的学习专区，里面是哈珀亚当斯大学学院捐赠的原版书籍。为了提高自己的英语阅读水平，她们借阅这些原版书籍来读。她们说，看这些原版英文书籍对于自己的阅读水平提升很快。“有时间买本雅思的书做做练习。”这是她们给记者的建议。
In the afternoon, they went to the library to study. In the third floor, there is a special area for the BUAIC’s students. There are many books about foreign. Reading those original edition books improve their reading skill. “Do more exercise about IELTS as you can” they advised me.
晚上，在宿舍长史晨歌的带领下，她们来到了篮球场打了一会球，放松了一下。快睡觉了，“看会美剧再睡。”
In the night, the leader of dorm---Chenge Shi led the members to the playground to play basketball to relax. Before sleep, they will watch some English movies.
其实，英语学习不枯燥——这是她们的一致感受。

8号楼318宿舍是别人眼中的优秀宿舍，她们团结，她们相爱，她们不分彼此，雅思考试一次全过的经历让她们成为万众注目的焦点。现在，让我们走进318宿舍。
8#318 is a nice dorm, they unity and care about each other. IELTS test have pass make them shine. Now, let us enter the dorm.
如何让整个宿舍的人都轻松的度过大一雅思考试呢？这个宿舍的马晓玉告诉记者，她们成功的秘诀不是别的，是团结。她们一起学习，一起复习，互相监督，互相促进。
How make the dorm pass the IELTS test? Xiaoyu Ma told me, unity is the most important thing to make them success.
她们自觉组成了学习监督小组，一起听听力，一起做练习，互相纠正错误。正所谓勤能补拙，有了舍友们的监督，她们变得勤奋起来，有任务一起分担，有困难一起解决。另外，他们选出了各科里面比较优秀的同学担任辅导老师。比如，高数比较好的成员给大家讲解高数那繁杂的要领；思修比较优秀的成员，给舍友们讲解一个个的重点；英语成绩比较突出的成员，督促大家学习并且认真的纠正每个宿舍成员的细小错误。最重要的是把宿舍当成家，愿意为之付出。
They have a group to study. They solve the problems together, they share the good thing, and they divide the grief. Besides, they select the member which was good at some subjects. The most important thing is they think the dorm is their home and willing to expend for it.
记者进入她们的宿舍后，感觉十分温馨。两张并在一起的桌子满满当当都是学习的资料。谁有了好东西都可以大家共用，有了好的想法可以及时交流。所以，一家人自然就不说两家话。大家团结，学习和生活质量都得到了提升。
When I went to their dorm, is warm and nice. There are many resources on the desk. If someone has a good data, they will share to others. So this is family, they unity, life and study are all improved.
